Default high pressure fuel pump for whipple 04 tahoe?

Hi guys, i am new to this forum and appreciate any help.

I have an 04 tahoe Z code vin (flex fuel according to the flap on the tank). we are putting on a whipple supercharger that I bought used. Its the one with the two additonal injectors and the craptronix box which we are not going to use.

I thought we would need the 42# injectors and a fuel pump, but my tuner guys ( I have a lot of experience with them on other projects) said there was a good possiblilty that the existing injectors and fuel pump on the Z code would be enough given that I am not looking for hugh gains. I am looking for around 375-400hp and as much torque as possible.

I am not convinced that the existing injectors and fuel pump are enough and expect they will run out of fuel with the stock system or max out the injectors duty cycle. So as a back up plan I have a source for the 8.1L marine 42# injectors. No problem there.

I am stumped on who makes a high pressue fuel pump for the 04 returnless system and I don't want to convert to a return system.

What is available for an 04 returnless system?

I have seen the following mentioned on this forum but not for my specific application:
Bosch 044 inline
Bosch 040 intank for returnless systems?
Walbro Gss341 ( low fuel scavaging issues?)
Walbro Gs 340

I thought the fuel pump would be a no brainer but I am sure as hell wrong and if you guys have any suggestions I would appreciate it. I have spent a lot of time searching and reading this forum before I posted this so sorry if its a repeat but I hope there is a reasonable solution if i need it.

thanks.............bob

FWIW I will let you know how we do on the stock system after tuning and dyno, but I am not holding my breath.

Looks like I am wrong on the injectors too. the flex fuel ones are different, so the 8.1L marine with multec connectors won't work. Thankfully there is a another thread regarding ford gt500 injectors that are plug and play for flex fuel. Man, I didn't do my research before I took this on. Anwway, hope someone can help on the fuel pump..........bob
