Default High Idle after cleaning the throttle body

Hi all

I cleaned my afe intake today(filter and pipes ,box)
and the throttle body seemed to be very dirty
so i cleaned it with caution not to move the blade or anything so hard

Car info in the signature

after started the car i had the problem with rpm if i rev it just a little
it would rev up to 2500-3000 rpm and stays there and sometimes when turning on the
AC it would go down to 1100 rpm all that in parking

after this i went to shop that work on GM cars
we tried 2 different Throttle bodies (the same model and year) and
two maf sensors
we tried ls7 throttle also (revs to 3500rpm )

the guy told me my car was tuned on dirty throttle body
and after i cleaned it the flow is now more so
it needs retune (like i ported it)

What do u guys think??
Thanks in advance

This was my first guess as I started reading, you could try re-setting the PCM first...

unplug the throttle position sensor

turn the ignition to the ON position for 10 seconds

turn the key to the OFF position and plug the throttle position sensor back in

start the vehicle and hopefully its all fixted.

this will reset your throttle position sensor parameters in your PCM back to zero.
