Question High-Flow Cats

I have a '03 Chevy 5.3L and I am looking to get rid of my stock cats. Should I gut them or get some High-Flow Cats. And which ones would ya'll get.

from what i've heard, the stock cats flow pretty good. if you don't need new cats, i wouldn't switch them out for high flow cats. the gains you'd see would be minimal compared to the money you'd be spending.

Spun metallic magnaflows. I think I used 59959 (which is the center/center 3" variety) -- and only for inspections after I move

I didn't notice a diffrence one way or the other, the idle does sound significantly better though with the stock muffler which I have.
