Default hesitation at high rpm

had an issue today, with the truck at OT hit full throttle to pull out in traffic and around 4 k it hesitated, hiccuped 2times then ran up to shift point. after awhile of driving i slowed down, floored it and it didnt do it. no codes. ideas?

at this point the truck has cai, muffler and hp tuned by me

change the filter, check fuel pressure, check regulator, it maybe time to replace parts or maybe have a fuel pressure leak in the tank. leaky hoses etc in the tank.
