well everyone has difference on a street truck and a all out race truck. If you can drive it when you want and for how long you want and it passes inspection then it is a street truck, and if you can drive it to the track and drive it home, and yes one time are another you might have to be trailered home still things breake.

AWSOME RUN YOU HAVE SET THE BAR JUST A LITTLE HIGHER

Put some nittos are the new m/t drags radio tire you will see a big change in your 60'

what are you crossing the traps at on the 10.65 @ 132
Again man you have accomplished a great deal and have porve alot of people wrong.

i am going thru the traps at 5500. if i goto 28" tall tires that will put me at about 6000rpm with the same speed. my power is falling off prety hard by 6000rpm but i would be ok for now.

i think i have a plan, short term plan anyway.

we are hiting a track not too far away in about 3 weeks. i am sure the conditions wont be as ideal so i am not expecting 132mph but if i can figure out some traction there is a good chance i can get a new best ET.

drive shaft loops(next week)
good full face helmit
fire jacket
tranny shield

and

4 et streets on stock wheels. the 28x11.5x16" size, see if i can break anything. they are rated to fit on a 7.7"-9.7" rim so i am hoping a 7" rim is ok. not sure how i will heat them up but maybe they will hook ok cold, not going to go crazy with it off the line just yet but push it harder than i am now.

2nd stage nitrous, i am afraid to hit it with the 100shot while i am still in 1st but i could hit it with a 50shot or so maybe right out of the hole and add in more later.

he is not messing around huh. my only chance to beat the guy is to get out there and beat him before he gets a chance to run. i see a good 2months+ before i am ready to even try so it doesn't look good.

You could just heat the rear tires up in 2wd then shift it into 4wd at the line atleast the rear tires would get real good traction.
