Default Help with rockers for 4.8

I dont know much about rockers but ive been hearing that theyll make a 4.8 some extra power? Please give a good site or link to some in ebay that would work for a 2004 4.8.

a 212/218 cam would probably do for you..
mild but yet produces good power
