Angry Help my truck be FEARED!!!

Yep, As you woulda guessed it I'm tired of being mocked and laughed at cause
I got stuck with a bruban. Not just any burban but a 305/TH350 workhorse hollow on the inside and surprisingly VERY light(gutted metal hual). But instead of complaining I'm gonna do something about it. I don't care how long it takes me(ok well I sorta wanna get it done while I'm still in highschool)but I wanna show people what you can do if you put your mind to it. So once I get a job(yes, once I get a job, becuase it's not easy getting a gig anymore like it use to be). I'mma get some cash together and start a DEATH to the slow burban project. A figure the long wheel base and wide body will give me a good base to start some major horse power without doing alot of serious body mods, not right away anyway, but yeah. So I'm planning this TT small block build. Yes I know it sounds really expensive and complicated but that's only if you make it that way. So I figure I would come here to the truck forum where you guys would understand my pain. Since the guys at the Orlandoforums.com seem to mock me on my own THREAD . But I'm not hearing it(unless you think it's stupid too). So please someone out there who understands, enlighten me, am I wasting my brain power or is this possible, has it already been done?,or is this something no one has done before?,and don't be afraid to list links to movies of super burbans.(I love thoughs) By the way anyone hear about the Lingenfelter burban that ran 11's with 10 people in the car and spun ALL THE WAY down the track ? Is that a myth or does it really indead exist because I would love to see this thing .

About a year ago, I saw a video on the net. It was of a Suburban with a 502 and a 4L80E racing a LS1 carmaro. It was at a stop light and was winning until about 100, from what I could tell. With alot of money you can make anything fast. Lingenfelter has more money than any of us will ever see, thus he has a fast Suburban.
I would take a 3/4 motor (big block) and transmission (4L80E) and install them into a half ton. You will need a big motor and alot of low end torque. Maybe a Whipple and motor work.
This is my opinion on this topic. It will take a huge amount of money. As far as what is stupid or smart. Blowing your money on your vehicle is stupid. You should stay at home and save every bit of it. That way you can die a boring old man.
Good luck.

it would look mean as hell tubbed with a narrowed 9" out back. i think you will find nitrous is the way to go some times. i personaly love FI but it is a lot harder and more expensive but it is always there. so i am going to go the hard way.
