Well if you go with pacesetter LTs, and the pacesetter ORY, then I believe it bolts right up to the end of the LTs and it does not have cats, I think the ORY doesn't have any cats

Cam will require valve springs and pushrods. If you get the pacesetters with the ORY that ditches the cats so if you went that route then yes you would killing two birds with one stone.

Well considering a cam/springs/pushrods/misc gaskets, if bought new, are goign to cost in the neighborhood of 700+ so cam and headers are out of the question for 1000 since a tune would be needed afterwards. So, here are my suggestions. Pick either/or:

Cam and dynotune or LT, full exhaust and dynotune. Given your current mods, I would suggest the latter. That may also leave a few bucks for some new tires to stick all that power on raceday.
