Maybe .5 psi but no more than that....all of this is sounding BS to me!

A little off topic but this thread got my curiosity up, so last night I went and revved up my truck in park and I can see 4psi of boost just revving it.... My kit is the 9psi, P1SC it's all stock on a stock internals 6.0L (except injectors and tune) no FMU. I wonder if there is something up with the blowoff valve, I am using the cheapo one that came with the kit, it's very simple and works good although it is a little crude. Can you disconnect it or remove it altogether?

FWIW - The first time I planted my foot after my install I blew the piping apart & had to drive a couple miles home with the down pipe from the blower wide open, if you have a leak it should be pretty obvious, that thing moves a lot of air.

I am not using the pipe that came with the kit i have all custom pipe. i don't think i have a leak, because i would know it right away and the truck would hesitate. i know this because when we first put the kit on we did not get the pipe secured good around the MAF and the truck would hesitate and was acting funny and would die. so i don't think i have any more leaks.

Looks like i should be getting a few smaller pulleys to try at the end of the week.

One thing that I have noticed is that ATI compressor is not screaming by any means, I can hear it when i get in to it but it just sounds like it really is not working very hard. Is this normal or maybe because my pulley is to big

Two things that were said before. The gauge should read zero when the truck is off. Also, them telling you that you could lose that much boost is BS. 1-2 psi max I would guess.

I don’t know how the gauge could have gone bad because it worked when the last guy took it out, but on the other had I am not sure how it could be hooked up wrong. The only thing I could see is that I am loosing boost somewhere but I am just not sure where I am loosing it. I know that I am not getting the boost that I should be because I don’t feel the power that I should be getting.

Well if you can't get it to work I bet it would look good bolted up to my truck. Hope you figure out what is wrong with that thing. I was expecting to see some track numbers by now.
