Ok so after reading and reading until my brain hurts... Look like I'm gonna stay away from the edelbrock . Looks like a plate kit just doesn't work we'll with them.
I'm not wanting to go dp

So I'm down to Holley and lsxrt
To me I like the look of the Holley , probably bc I've always owned vettes and Camaros and they we'll all procharged with fast intakes.

So the Holley would just be a diff look for me. The biggest I would go is a 125 plate kit.
From what I read that should be no problem with the Holley.
I would like the high rise over the mid rise if there isn't any clearance issue?
Any Input on clearance guys???

The lsx rt is just a little high in price.
Also I have a built 4l60 with a billet flt 3000 converter so I don't think id loose much low end power

Like I stated I've always had cars. They all been pro charged,
So the high rise intakes were never a question mainly bc of clearance.
So I've always ran fast .

So any info would be helpful. I'm learning as I go with these truck intakes

of all of the intakes listed, the edelbrock vic jr will distribute nitrous best with a plate. but with a small 100 - 125 shot, I wouldn't really let it sway your decision too much. i like the VIC jr myself. you might consider changing your cam if you decide to go with a single plane intake. the high rise would be cool for F/I

MSD has a new intake coming out in a month that is suppose to be better than the fast intake and it looks good.
