What type of injectors does the 1998 ls1 5.7 corvette have the ev1 or ev6... And will they work plug and play with a 2001 silverado wiring harness and computer

I'm not sure about the corvette injectors, but the LS trucks use Delphi Multec 2 "Shorty" injectors... So no, if they are aren't Multec 2 then they won't be plug and play. You will need pigtails for the injectors, and will have to lift your fuel rails if their not shorty injectors.

Correct and correct, you'll need new connectors, fuel rail spacers, and a PCM re-tune
