Put some heat on the balancer around the end of the crank, but but not on the crank..

Ok guys here's what I did. I got the balancer jammed, but the problem was that the cheap puller I had kept slipping off the head of the bolt I was using in the crank bolt hole. What I did was take a impact socket (3/4) and put it on the head of the bolt in the block. Then I hammered the **** out of the puller into the side where the ratchet goes. It worked and after about pulling my shoulder out I finally got it off. Thanks for all the help guys! I hope this will help someone in the future. This was a 2001 Silverado with a 4.8 w/ 86k by the way.

I used the advanced special and it came right off, But i was using a 3/4 drive impact...lol
