Default Help with Gen iv intake swap

I need help identifying this part: Its on the center top of the manifold. Also when putting a gen IV on gen III truck, what do you do about the purge valve/evap line?

That's the PCV hose for the driver side valve cover. Looks like someone already broke the hard plastic line off it.

Not sure on the EVAP.

I used a C5 evap solenoid and 5/16 fuel hose. The plug was the same and the C5 solenoid has barbs on it

This was for a customers truck, not my own. Tuner had no issues keeping the MIL off and truck made ~530whp on *some* boost, and it never popped a hose off. I don't remember the boost pressure. Probably 12-15lbs

You have the 2009+ intake that has the factory molded PCV hose. The 2008 and earlier intakes have the PCV nipple molded on the intake requiring a simple piece of rubber hose to connect to the PCV valve. Not sure if you have enough nipple to secure a length of hose to that piece. If not you will need to replace that hose assembly (GM 12597774) and cut the lower end off to clamp a piece hose to the PCV valve.

You'll need the evap purge solenoid ACDELCO 2141680 and the solenoid to intake purge valve hose GM 12574897. To finish you'll run a length of rubber fuel hose from the evap solenoid to the evap line behind the engine.

Exhaust is still semi factory as I had just put on a Gibson S/S cat back. I'm not happy with it but it will work for now. I ran some Gibson sho0rty headers since I got them cheap.
