i had a hard time with that side aswell ..It took me a few hours of wiggling it around
Maybe you can try jacking up just the engine it should have some play to get that header in
a piece of wood and go slow to see if there is any more you can get outta it
Good luck man .. it was an 8 hour job with removing my charger..the other hard part is the Dipstick tube that's another post
Have a beer and relax and try it again good luck man .

Ok man I got it in there like 5 minutes after I read your post. I just took the fenderwell out and started kicking the **** out of it and it finally dropped in. Now the f*cking truck won't even try to start!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully I get it running before noon when I have to go to work.

No but I have two hours before I have to get ready for work so I'm going to look at it. Thanks for the replies. Maybe the starter came unplugged or something. Man if anything can go wrong it sure as hell will.

Well I broke the dipstick and scratched my hood and the truck still won't start. It is blowing the IGN fuse. It is a large orange fuse. It blows every time I try to start it. I might just take the damn things off and sell them but I don't know if that is the problem. If they are touching the starter would that cause a problem? Why would this fuse keep blowing? Thanks guys. I am so frusterated I want to sell my truck and buy a ricer. Uh maybe now but please help me out somebody before I

if the hot wire is touching your header, that will blow the starter fuse faster than you can imagine. You didnt unhook your starter wire did you? Or it get knocked off while you were "kicking the **** out of it"? LOL. If its touching anything and grounding out, that will cause your problems. Look at that first.
