99 chevy truck 5.3L I have a K&N, true duels with 2 Flowmaster mufflers with turn downs in front of the back axel and thats all. Please tell me what I should do next.

get some headers, a programer, sum pulleys and if you want to go extreem...heads and cam, supercharger, NO2....just some input.

there are also some free mods for you to do.
