You cant run sims in the front o2 holes . The front sensors tell the truck how to run . Hope that was a typo on your part, if not that is your problem. Plug your front sensors in like stock , throw the o2s for the rear in a box , put a pic of your girl over the ses light and save for a custom tune to turn the ses off and make the most out of those headers.
