Default Help!! truck won't start after pcm swap

I got my pcm in from nelson and got it installed. I did the pass key thing. I might have goofed it up. How long does one wait for the security light to go off. mine goes from battery to security to battery and keeps flip flopping.

- attempt to start the truck, it will die, but leave the key in the ON position.
- Leave the key ON until your security light goes out. Once it goes out, turn the key to the OFF position and leave it for 20secs.
- Repeat this procedure two more times, a total of three,
- On the fourth attempt to start the truck, it will start.

The truck is not starting on the 4th crank. How long does one wait for the security light to go off. mine goes from battery to security to battery and keeps flip flopping.
How do I start over? Which fuses do I pull to reset the pcm. All I can find is ecm b fuse where is the ecm I fuse.
Anyone else have any problems with the passkey reset?
Thanks,
Larry
