Default Heated outside mirrors

Just wondering how your heated mirrors work? My passenger side did not work and after the dealer fixed it, it only get's half as hot as the driver side. Is this normal? It now gets warm but not even close to what the dirver side does. Why is this?

I am having the same problem that you were having, my passenger side mirror won't defrost anymore. I guess I will take it to the dealer and see what they can do.

There is a little symbol on the mirror that shows that they are heated. It looks like a square with three vertical wavy lines. The mirrors turn on when ever you turn on your rear window defroster, well that is when mine turn on.
