You should be able to find headers for it without any problems, Pacesetter, and Edelbrock are just a few, as for cold air intake (CAI) get a K&N.

I used to own one of these....285rwhp after swapping to: Vortech heads/LT4 cam and valvetrain/TES headers/GMPP Vortech-to-TBI intake manifold/AirAid CAI/Turboshop matched injectors/Custom PCM/Turboshop ported TB....but at least it would still pass smog !!!. I'm glad I own an LSx motor now.....291rwhp STOCK

Edelbrock makes a TES setup and Summit has Shorties but other than that you're kinda out of luck in the header department if you want to stay 50 states legal. Airaid makes a good CAI for the TBI trucks...K&N doesn't offer anything but a drop-in for the OBS trucks.

K@N has a cold air intake. im going to check out the tes headers i think you can get the y pipe also and then just decide on a intake. My dad just wants a little better power and a little better gas mileage. I think with the intake and header swap should be ok

News to me.....it's about time. Does it use the stock air-cleaner assembly or does it replace it with an aftermarket plastic air-hat like the AirAid setup ??

Look at the top of the exhaust manifolds...if there are eight small steel tubes threaded into the manifolds (four on each manifold) it has A.I.R.
