I've been happy with my TOG headers so far. Nice fit and finish and a pretty thick flange too. I don't believe they are a true long tube though; more towards a mid length. Whichever header you decide to get make sure you get the ceramic coating. It's helps keep the temps down under the hood and stays the same color too.
