Unfortunately, I don't think there are any H2 people here...

Hands down...the Dynatech system! We've installed a grip of these recently, and they are consistantly making more power than anyone else. If you need more info..PM me

It took me all day, but I was in no rush at all. I started at 11am, ended around 9pm. I really don't know what took me so long..... I didn't have any real trouble at all.

The most difficult things for me:

Removing the three flange bolts for the stock manifolds. I needed a 1/2" drive breaker. They're 15mm. I broke the teeth in a 3/8" ratchcet on them using a cheater pipe - that's how tight they are.

Next - I had to drop the passenger side of the tranny crossmember to get out my stock cat-sections in one piece. (you also need to loosen both and remove one bolt on the drivers side). The truck should be at least up on ramps in the front to do this. You could cut the pipes and save a lot of time, but I like to keep all my stock stuff in perfect condition. It's not nearly as bad as it sounds.

I had to fab up some little metal tabs to hold the plug wires off the primaries on the drivers side. pic 1, pic 2.

The passenger side 02's were kind of corroded and mildly hard to remove. The rear one left some threads in the stock pipe, and I had to take some time to get the threads to bite in the Dynatech tubing - it kept wanting to cross-thread.

Easy stuff I thought would be hard - installing the dip-stick, installing the headers (up from the bottom of the truck - a cinch.) No need to modify an heat shields on my truck. No need to tweak the fit at all. No clearance issues. No need to adjust anything afterwards.

I bought mine used without any header to head gaskets. I reused my stock ones, but I think they were the source of a leak that I had early on. I swapped them out for new ones the next day, and found a leaking center-connection which was also fixed. It's been quiet ever since. I'd just recommend going for new header to head gaskets if you don't get/have any so you don't have to do it twice. Mine were $22 for the set.

SOTP - YUP. Big difference from way down low to up top. Exhaust note is deeper and louder. No side effects at all. I'm scanning my "delivered engine torque" to be 40-50ft/lbs more, than before the headers. I can't say how accurate those numbers are - I just use that as a tool to measure tuning and mods.

Dude, once again you are a fountain of knowledge. Dynatech's seem pretty spendy but as far as installation look to be the best way to go. Appreciate the feedback.
