Don't go with the Edelbrock, shorties are a waste of money, long tubes are not CARB approved, your only option is with the midlenght/CARB approved for some more power....if you can find who has them.

 

I put the edelbrock ceramic coated shorties on mine though summit racing for like 329 including shipping. A friend of mine just swapped out his shorties for a set of long tubes and it didn't change his track times any.

 

Im sure my sugestion will be ovlerlooked, [B]I think that long ubes are totally worthless and simply a detrrimental to you goals, Dynatechs, TOG's, ASM's, And Thorley which gets my vote. Dont even consider anything else. These guys are moving quick so you need to be working with the bestparts and a good tuner. Thats my drunk rambling's for the night

 

I'll sell you the set of TOG's I have on my truck. Their coated too.

Honestly .. I wouldn't waste my time/money on shorties. The manifolds are actually pretty good on these motors, which is why there is little benefit from a shorty header.
