I paid 475 shipped for the headers and y pipe on that same GP

 

So if the Pacesetters dont fit the 4x4 models, which set of headers would be an overall good choice. Thanks again for all your help.

 

Like FastInSpirit said, the SuperMaxx system is a great system (T304 stainless steel), 1.75" primaries with SS y-pipe and cats. They went on my 4x4 with NO problems and, although the retail price on these ain't cheap they can be had for less. TByrne had a GP on these at a really good price for long-tube headers, off-road Y-pipe and hi-flow cats...everything from the exhaust ports to the stock flange behind the cats.

Are you expeirencing good gains with the Dynatech system?

 

Yeah, the SuperMaxx system works really well with the Volant CAI and the 3" Magnaflow. The truck's never been dyno'd so I don't have the gains quantified, but I can tell the headers really helped.

 

The dynatech system is tempting me, but I dont thinh my biget will allow that. Ant news on the Pacesetters firring the 4x4's. What about ASM's or other long tubes. Thanks again for all the replies.

 

As&m made a big difference when I put them on the truck in place of the Gibson shorties.

 

I'm putting ASM headers on next week, will update after that.
