i just installed these on my 2004. I reused the stock gaskets. One side leaks a bit until it warms up, while the other side is fine.

I am going to replace the leaky side gasket with a new stock one. I think they are less than $10.

Reuse the stock collector gaskets also.

There is no welding required- this is a direct bolt in.

Mine came with new gaskets. They just bolted right on. It is a little easier if you remove the steering shaft, at least it was for me.

Just FYI- dont expect much of a performance gain. I used mine because I got them ulta cheap and new, but there is little difference.

They bolt right on and you don't have to remove the steering column. One header has to go in from the bottom of the truck. I'm pretty sure it's the left header. You can reuse the stock gaskets, but I replaced mine. The only problem I have is a small exhaust leak where the header mounts to the cat on the left side. With the exception of that, I'm happy with what I got. Sounds cool too.

I never said you had to remove it, I just said it was easier if you did. It is only 2 bolts to remove the shaft(not column) and you can get the left side in super easy and get all the bolts right there. I didnt even raise my truck to do mine, took very little time. Just offereing pointers from my experience.

Also, Am I the only one that got gaskets in the box? I dont think they were as good as the OE ones, but they are working fine and I still have no leaks.
