Header hitting

i had to take the tab off of the bolt on my stering shaft. after that i put in a smaller bolt and it worked fine.

The lopey neck covering the shaft next to the primaries seems to be whats hitting it, during turns/hard acceleration.

I appreciate everyones help. I'll see what I can do.

I had the same problem with my Gibson shorties. I loosened the gear box and shifted it a little, then did a wheel alignment...problem solved, no more banging. The intermediate shaft actually rotates straighter than it did originally when turning the steering wheel.

i had to do the same thing after i installed my TOGs

I had to do the same thing for my ASM's.
