Default Head swap!! what gaskets and pushrods

I have a lq4 and I just picked up some ported and milled heads from race prep. What length pushrods would I need. What would be the best head gaskets to run?

Do you know how much the heads were milled? Even then, pushrod length would be an educated guess, at best. If you want it done right, put it together and measure for the correct length.

Best head gaskets would be LS9's(inexpensive and tough), but you may lose a tiny bit of compression due to the larger bore size.
