Default Which head gaskets to use

I'm fixing to put some 6.0 heads on my 5.3. Which head gaskets should I use and why as oppose to the others?

Here's my thinking .... The heads will be X diameter, so I should have the head gaskets about the diameter of the head so there won't be gasket material flapping around in the cylinder. If it's flapping around in there ... I would think there would be a potnetial for it to break off and beat around in the combustion chamber.

I'd think the stock GM MLS LS1 head gasket would be a good choice. its going to depend on the actual diameter of the 6L chamber. Worst case, use GM MLS 6L gasket. Its diameter is 4.04. I assume the LS1 MLS gasket will be in the 3.950 diameter range.
