head diffs?

Default head diffs?

i have a 05 chevy truck with a 5.3 and i got a blown up ls1 given to me and the top end is good was wondering what the diff in the heads were? what valves and combustion chamber is in both and i plan on getting one set built just want to know the specs on both heads

97-2000 ls1 heads were 241 or 853 heads and 2001 up- had ls6 243 heads... 5.3 heads 706 & 852 & 862

241 and 853 heads

Intake valve Diameter:2.00-in
Exhaust valve Diameter:1.55-in

243-(ls6)

706 & 852 & 862

thanks very much so it would be a good swap for when i get a pro charger so i can run more boost and flow better right?
