Default Have misfire problem

I just got my truck up and running and have 250 miles on the new engine. It just started doing this all the sudden. It will misfire at idle and light throttle at WOT and heavy throttle it fires on all but lacks power. I checked codes and I got multiple misfires and EGR system. The EGR has been removed and disabled. I changed the plugs they looked fine except for 2 that where wet. The new plugs did no good. I changed the coil for cyl 1 ran it pulled the plug and it is still wet. Tomorrow when I get some help I'm going to run a compression test. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Well I found the problem. A compression test showed cyl 1 had 10psi. Popped the valve cover to find the rocker arm stud pulled the threads.
