Default Has anyone Swapped in a 4L80 in a day?

All these builds show the swap taking days, but I can't see why, exp. if there are a couple guys working together. If all pieces are ready to go, crossmember included, it should be as simple as dropping one tranny, installing the other (with new 3 bolt TC, New shifter bracket and Yoke) re-pinning the harness, add the one sensor pinned into the pcm, extend the rear cooler line, drop in the new tune and fire her up. What am I missing?

Talking 2WD trucks in particular

yeah, got a friend that has dropped a half dozen 4l60s in F-bodies and many others through the years that's gonna be helping, as well as a tranny jack, a trailer full of tools and 2 post lift (10,000lb)

with all parts ready to go and just slapping a tranny in it only takes an hour to put it in and have it buttoned up. thats on my back and in my driveway. The hard part is you have to deal with the unexpected and modify things to fit while you put it in. Also if you are meticulous about doing the job right like I am you will spend a few hours just making everything up to your standards.
