Cause the outiside pipe is shorter than the inside pipe on the bend.. if you get what I'm saying..
All you have to do is just put the Aerochamber in and if you have room weld the magnaflow to the AC or just where ever..

I played with the DFCO in my tune, it crackes alot on Decel.. i thought it sounded pretty cool.. haha

Yeah it goes away I was talkin with Dusty about it when he did my tune.. It pops initially and just stays louder. It was alot worse before I got longtubes lol thought my muffler would fall off.

So I normally order from Summit but they intermediate pipe is on backorder, where else do you guys order from? I personally don't like Jegs..

The pipe that has the flange and bolts up to the end of the y-pipe.

Where did you want me to put the Magnaflow? weld it to the ac? lol

Oh and I thought my crackle was so bad because of the non equal length tips from the muffler lol.. guess its good to know it wasn't my shoddy exhaust building..

i see what your saying now.

id weld it anywhere you have room after the Aerochamber.. Cant promise anything, but in theory it should quieten it down and give it a different tone than anybody.

Oops my bad I'm tired lol.

I dunno if theres gonna be room after it I need to go look.. thats why I was thinking get a short bullet before the AC... I remember only having 24" between the end of the y-pipe and the wheel well opening when I was trying to get everything to turn out before the wheel.

Oh well time for more thinking.. lol pipe it all the way over the axle and then tuck the Magnaflow back there. Talk about awkward and a half.

Can you order a good piece of humped piping so I don't have to get someone to bend it? hmmmm

I can imagine room is tight under there, my EC isnt too easy to work under with my Magnaflow and turbo..

I went to a muffler shop and got some pipe bent for $20.

Just lay it out before you start hacking it up.. haha

Dude if you've got $1000 in a system and can't hear it cause of your exhaust, you're system sucks no offense or anything. I have no cats and aerochambers and have no problem hearing my radio even with my system off.

I can still hear it but I have my system geared more toward SQ and am probably a lil more particular about it than you about how it sounds . Some of the lower frequencies around 80-90 Hz cancel themselves out with the exhaust resonance in cab and that irritates me. This is why I want to stop the resonance. Thanks for the help though.

FYI the Dynomax intermediate pipe for a RCSB is a 2.5"; IDK why they did it but they did. That's the reason why I'm not running one. Also the Aerochamber is a 14" case just like your Magnaflow; and please, PLEASE try just the Aerochamber first before adding it inline with a Magnaflow. I personally love Aerochambers but don't care for the Magnaflow sound. It may sound good; but I have a feeling it'll sound like complete **** together.
