Default Has anbody milled 317's to 64cc

Like the title says. I have an 05 low mile lq4 and i want to have the stock 317's milled to 64cc. My question is what are the down side to this.
I'm on a tight budget and this seems to be a good way to get my formula up and running and is cheap.

If you mill .040" you'll get real close to your target 64cc. You'll need to run a set of .050" shorter pushrods too.

Thanks Richard if I use an aftermarket cam with a smaller base circle wouldnt that put me back to stock length or very close anyway?
Also with the dished lq4 piston would I be less likely to have ptv issues with say a g5x3 or ms4?

always check with a pushrod checker once you mill the heads.

Never assume. Always mock up and check before final assembly.

Good luck,
