my gauge reads on par with others who have gmt900 trucks. dont have a mech gauge under hood to compare to though. if you or anyone is worried about accuracy then use one of the isolators. i didnt go that route because i wasnt sure how flexible that isolator line is.

Speaking of pressure drop. I'm assuming you guys with mechanical gauges are all using liquid filled gauges? I've tried two different liquid filled gauges on mine, one from Jegs and one from Summit and both have shown a substantial pressure drop after being heat soaked. I'm talking in the 5-10 psi range. Just curious if anyone else has noticed this?

I just found a phone number and talked to a guy, he said most electrical problems cause it to read too high and instead of too low, so he suggested I send it back and they will take a look at it.

Hmmm, interesting. I talked to one of their tech guys the other day and he said to test the voltage on the purple wire. For our fuel pressure (53psi, iirc), he said the voltage should be 2.6. That will tell you if it's the sender or the gauge that is the problem.

But on the warranty side, he said they have a one year warranty, and after that, they are happy to take a look at it and see if it can be serviced or they will offer a replacement at a "fair price." I asked how much the repair/replacement costs would be, he wouldn't give me a ballpark and said it all depends on what is wrong with it.
