Got some new pics

Pics look a lot better than the old ones. That's one good looking truck. I see the washers you were talking about. Still wondering about that
I finnally went and got my alt pulley the other day. Before I dive off on installing it, any tips to hold the pulley from turning? Or will I need a torx head socket to hold the shaft?

bigj: sweet looking truck you got there, i noticed the person that welded your modified y-pipe wasnt drunk when he modified YOURS unlike mine oh well, i just tell people its "custom" heh
greg: when i was attempting to install the pulleys without air tools that was the conclusion we came to was that you had to have a torque wrench, but it was a bitch! i tried to get it to come off and it wouldnt maybe im just an idiot though ha! no worries though, i get back to houston next week and will be graced with the power of the impact wrench

Thanks for the compliments.
The alt. pulley can be taken off w/o powertools. The way I got mine off was a little crude but it worked. I used a pipe wrench to hold the pulley. Just make sure you don't tighten down too much and wedge a towel between the teeth on the wrench. Came right off. If you tighten down too hard and get any sharp edges, just file it smooth and your good to go.
The washer thing is starting to bother me. I have no clue why he used them. I think I will take the washers off tomorrow and see what happens. Anyone use stage 8 bolts? A lot of the LS1 guys are using them on there headers. Are they worth it? They look pretty nice.

What the hell is that thing next to your Chevy in the driveway!!! I'm just joking. It's not as bad as having an older F@$d Aerostar next to your Chevy truck - like I have. Nice looking truck overall. Keep it clean - it runs better that way. At least it feels like it.
