I cringe when my tach gets up close to 6000. I lowered my shift points back down to around 5900 because I kept seeing the poor little 5.3L blowing to bits in my mind, plus it feels faster than with them up higher. There is no way in hell I could drive an import that needed to rev to 8000rpm.

What is your MAF reading in lb/min at those rpms that the horsepower is listed at?

the funny thing is it doesn't sound like it is reving high, i think that feeling you get when something is reving too high is when it is running out of power and actualy reving too far past it's peak, at 6800 it sounds about right, definately not falling on it's face.

on the maf today i only saw around 46lb's but my IAT's were over 100deg in the shop. i have seen as high as 45lb's out in the cold(like 10deg cold)

That does look just like a centrifugal SC dyno. Thats funny. Too bad you don't have your old stall. You'd be kicking a$$ with that 4000 stall.

here is another chart, 150wet shot before vs a 65wet/75dry shot now. the reason i am going with that set up is i can't spray alot out of the hole now with such a tight stall, got a nice boom awhile back so now i am being a little more careful. that reminds me, i need to go update the dry shot post.

I don't KNOW that he does ... I just assumed so since he charges an extra 25 bucks to wideband tune it also. After looking over his site again, I don't think he does either.

Parish .. I bet that thing sounds good with it wrapped up to 6800! I have mine shifting at 6300 and it feels like it short shifts as it is.
