Default Got a problem fellas

I have a 2003 Yukon 2wd flex fuel truck.
It surges or idels bad. Needle hangs around 500rpm. It seems to want to cut off at lights but dosnt, although it does cut off when slowing down in a turn. Its also causing electrical problems in the truck as when it surges the charge jumps up and down.
It is EC Throttle , can anyone give me some pointers.

And its not throwing any codes? I would check your TPS and IAC sensors. BTW, are you in Marianna, FL?

Yukon is ETC, and nope it was not throwing any codes. Turned out to be carbon build up between the throttle blades and the bore. Did not even look like a lot, but I cleaned it anyway because I was running out of ideas with brake cleaner and a bore brush, and it fired right up.
Actually I am in Ft. Rucker. going to flight school. Are you a pilot, crewcheif, or a medic, asking because I noticed your thread. By the way I used to be medic, and I will be flying Black Hawks when I get home.

Glad you got it figured out, i forgot that it was ETC. I was a Pave Hawk mechanic for about 5 years, then i retrained and i'm an air traffic controller now. Good luck
