HPtuners rocks, I can read the pcm in less than 2 min, and write in 27 sec. The scanner that comes with it is pretty basic, but they are working on adding to it, like there is a pcm control button on the scanner, if you click on it, it says feature not yet implemented, so there working on it. HPtuners can only get better.

What I have adjusted so far. Working off Predator tune
RPM limit
shift points
raised idle speed
Low and High octane table (Copyed high table to low -2)
added 2 degrees across high table
- LTFT (scaled IFR vs kpa using spead sheet)
tuning_1.0.2.xls
- PE table (X93%)
knock learn min rpm 7000
abuse mode 7000rpm
disabled ses on PO300

How did you delete the PO 300 code. I have this same code becuase of the cam and would like to get rid of it. I just don't want to compretely get rid of to where even if there was a dead on misfire (i.e. plug pulled out) it would not turn on the SES or throw the PO 300 again.

I can really feel a difference in power. The biggest change in power is from pulling PE, the O2 were way rich and it still is .930mv-.950mv and I know O2 aren't accurate.

Yes you can tune a supercharger, you can change everything you would ever need or want to change.

Here is a log file exported from the scanner. If you have a spreadsheet program, then right click and save target as.

I first tried setting all points in the low rpm misfire table to 32000, and it didn't work so I turned the code off.

Got mine today for my '04.

I have to say, this is the coolest thing I've bought in a LONG TIME.

Even dumb*ss me read the VCM and started logging stuff five minutes out of the box, and without looking at help files.

My read took about 10-15 minutes at the most. Every once in a while it would try to go to a high-speed mode, and things would start clicking in the dash, and it'd go back to normal speed. If it stayed high-speed, I'm sure it'd fly.

The logging software is awesome. I was here thinking I'd need to set up parameters to log and set up CSV's myself... NO... it's all done automatically. It'll take a pretty good idiot to mess this stuff up.

Off to log some data!

Well, I'll tell you, I got this thing today and I'm totally lost. All I got was a cable and a cdrom. Are there instructions somewhere? I have to assume that when you folks said "it comes with a scanner" you meant a program that you download into a laptop that can be used as a scanner right? I want to make sure I'm not missing something.

download that cd onto your lap top. you might have to go buy a USB connection.

Download it on your home computer too. It works real well to hook up both in one room and have all your logs on one screen while your making a .bin file on the laptop.

I just found the instructions on that disc. I'll read it and give it a try in the next few days.
