Default got my headers

ok i got my headers and on the pass side i the collector is dented on the end what should i do? also my ORY does not fit over the collectors, should i take it some where and have it expanded to fit? thanks

thats funny, my brother got his with a dent as well, but it wasnt too bad, we went ahead and installed them like that

it is not too bad, like if you had hit it with a ball ping hammer, maby an inch wide and dinted in about1/4 to 1/2 and inch
as far as tha install goes i just need to find a good weekend

if i wasnt in a rush and had no self controle, (wich i dont have ANY patience) i would call them, explain the damage, and see if they will ship you another set, and pick up the old ones. or just see what ur options are, im not sure how the flow would be affected my a dent such as that, but i would just get that warm n fuzzy feeling from non damaged parts, u know what i mean??

mine had a dent too! did you get the pacesetters cause my ORY had slits at the ends to expand.

or you can take it to an exhaust shop and have them expand it. Then send pacesetter a bill. Dont forget to have your ORY expanded as well to match.

i went by thew exaust shop today and they expanded the y-pipe, exapanded the colector back to round on both for free!! yayaa!
