Have you by any chance done any testing or verification that your stock fan clutch is still working correctly? I have seen and heard of the same exact symptoms with a bad fan clutch. May not be your problem but just a thought for ya.


Edit that, I didnt read thru your first post well enough about your shroud being moved, nevermind.
