I picked this up for an undisclosed price as well as a 172* thermo. Anyway is there anything I need to look at when install this beast? How do the AT cooler lines pop off...do they unscrew like in days of yore?

And is there a link for a proper burping of the cooling system?

The cooler lines use a quick disconnect tool to get off. When I ordered my radiator from Radiator Barn it came with the little tool. I'm sure any auto parts store will have one though. It's not the same as the fuel disconnect tool.

I'll snap a picture of the instructions on how to burp the cooling system and email it to ya since I don't have any webspace to host the picture.

Hold on, will be emailing you within the next 30-60 minutes.

John...funny thing, I thought about PMing you about this before you replied. I just decided it would be smarter to post up generally as not to clutter you PM box! lol.

I scooped it up used so it looks like to the autoparts store I go. It cost me $40 to ship that thing via UPS

Hope my StayPuft isn't taking up too much space on you webspace server...

Ok, you have mail.

Sorry this is off topic but how are you getting it to post through Imagestation? I tried it and it wouldn't work for me.
