That was a good read. And its true, the mosts under estimated part of a intercooler is its end tanks. I like how they show how air flows with more smoothed end tanks as opposed to square ones. I guess thats why Buick GN guys replace the necks of their intercoolers with upgrades.


However, it really doesnt say which cools better, a tube and fin or bar and plate, I was always under the impression that a bar and plate cooled better given the same size interooler. Is this true?

It was a good read, but left me with more questions too. I found this link as well, allot of ricer stuff but good anyway. It looked restrictive with some of the styles and kind of flimsy with others.
