Default Gonna cam my 5.3

I have a 216-220 114 cam on order. My truck has 3.23 gears and stock stall. I love my mpg on the hwy 19-22 so I don't want to change gears. Do I have to put a stall in the truck or do you guys think it will run ok with the stock stall on the cam.

TIA
Brian

as far as running the truck will run fine, there is nothing wrong with doing that at all... as far as perfomance goes id say throw a stall in it... wit that cam you would be able to get away wit a TB stall, im sure you can pick one up here for pretty cheap or maybe even a yank 2600

im thinking of throwing a 5.3 cam in my 01 silvy that is supposed to be my DD... if i was to do so it woudl be something not drastic at all wit a TB stall
