[QUOTE=SSlow 4.8]Cam the nuts out of it.

Posi rear end w/ 4.10 gears

TB stall converter (if your on a tight budget) or spend about $350-$400 bucks and get the Fuddle racing stall converter and build it up to like 2800-3000 stall speed (depending on cam application)

wut does that tb stall do?

ya thats about right. Its a stall converter from a trailblazer... many members here have been using them. GMPARTSDIRECT.COM has you ship your core back to them and i think they give you like $100 for it... so after its said and done i think you spend about $220 total? dont quote me on that.. but its in the $200 range for the tb stall. If you wanted to spend an extra 175-200 bucks go to fuddle racing's web page and have them build one custom for your truck. You wont really need a stall unless you plan on going with a big cam. Good luck.

How much of a gain 0-60 and 1/4 mile will I see with that wait4me tune?

I've got an 04 5.3 rcsb 2wd w magnaflow dual & K&N in case that info's needed to decipher what my gains would be.

My best pull before the tune was 7.1 to 60, the best after was 6.5, both were with minimal wheel spin, but on average i pull 6.8's or so with a bunch of white smoke behind me

If you got that budget then you can get a bunch done. $400+ a month into mods you say. Youll be in the 14s in like a year!!!

As for Hypertrash III, get a Nelson tune (I got one and it is bad@$$) or a wait 4 me tune. either way it will give you some powa and still get good milage. As said before, you are soon to be bitten by the performance bug and will be just as bad as we are!!!Not saying that its a bad thing or anything. LOL
