lotto numbers>? . . . I'm too busy buying a house to even care right now
gas in 2025? . . . who know's if it's even around by then
Mind my own business . . . I usually do, but you're asking for opinions and asking questions, you're bound to hear something that you don't like.
even better yet, what are your goals for this truck, and what is it going to be used for, the only thing that you stated is that it's N/A?

Yes another stupid cam thread, and yes i have looked for threads about it and all i have seen is a bunch of opinions! I dont want opinions, i want to know if anyone has it in their 4.8 or even 5.3 and what they have seen for a power gain, and how they like it.

If you really must know, its a driver, i dont 4 wheel, i dont tow, and if i end up towing it will be a small trailer just to hawl my toolbox, im not looking to be the fastest, i just want some lope and some power, and i dont want to go broke doing it. SO now you know, i assume your going to have some sort of response so i guess ill be waiting...

Do you have a 5.3 or 4.8 with this cam in it?

Hang around on the forums, get a used cam, and some LS6 springs.
Get the 212/218, it's a great baby cam. The power is off idle, pulls all the way until you shift, and you can use the stock converter. I
t's a low lift cam, so the expensive 918s, or dual springs are not needed.
If you're wanting the choppy idle, then get the 112 duration.
If you're really wanting to get the chunky idle, you can get the TSP 220, but you'll have to get higher lift springs.
And yes you can run that cam with the stock stall. You will not have idling or bucking issues while driving. That part is all in the tune.

you can get it for 150 used or 300-425 new. It just depends on where you get it, and what all it comes with.

It sounds like a nice cam IMO, so you have any clips of it in action? I wouldn't mind seeing how it acts down low and up top.
Yeah they did the install the day i left. IDK, i have 3 cams in mind. Eventually i will decide! No matter what cam it is i will drive it like a stole it and buy the stuff to tune it, or pay for it!
