Going from vendor to vendor online or on the phone telling them so and so said they'd give it to me for this price. Can you beat it? Ohh well thank's anyway.

As far as i can see he was polite about it online so that's cool. Just eats me up when people do that, and make it sound like they are gonna do something special with the kit to help advertise it. As i stated it's my problem but since this is a public forum and freedom of speach is in effect i felt like saying something. Those that don't like it can deal.

No offense to anyone of any race, religion, creed, sex, mathematical aptitude, planetary origination, or those with alternative food preferrances. Even Noyzee, I disagree with the way you went about getting your kit but you still seem like a good guy so don't read too much into my grumpy crap. :p

I didnt contact 1 person!! one company, nothing!!! i simply put up a post asking for anyone interested in giving me some sort of deal, when i did this, i was contacted by many dealers and all where willing to give me some sort of deal do to the fact i was a racer, and i would be a great word of mouth sales pitch, with a been there done that and it worked outlook. word of mouth is a great way to sell things, and about 10 dealers contacted me with great pricing, so im sure they all thought the same way.
you would have to be stupid to think that 2 companies, selling the SAME kit, one is 2,900 and one is 3500. what one would you buy? I could see if the kit was different, but an sts is an sts, thats that. call me stupid for not wanting to spend 500-800 more for the same kit. its like when i got my truck, i saw 3 of the same truck at 3 dealers, i bought my truck from the lowest dealer, wouldnt you? or am i out of line?

the way i went about getting a kit was. hey anyone want to give me a deal? and alot of people said sure. whats wrong with that? you mad because you didnt get a deal, or you cant give me a deal. why do you care?
i own a company, and i know its hard to compeat with other companies, but my product is built by us, so its not the same as the next guys, that is one thing. but when i buy equipment, i go to the cheepest place. if i need a Carrier air conditioner and i can get it cheeper from someplace, i will. a carrier is a Carrier. i see no issue with getting a deal.
does anyone ealse think im wrong? why not shop around?
