Then imagine the 4L60E destruction! ahhahaha. Maybe they'd toss the 4L80E behind there...

Dodge is supposidely going into production by Dec.
How about offering the Duramax in 1/2 ton trim. Reg cab with the quadrasteer bed flares and big fat meats in the back.
Or a 2 door yukon Denali.

Chevy needs to start by simply offering the 6.0 as an option. Maybe not the lq9 so it doesn't outshine the SS but a lq4 would be a nice start with the appropriate geared 80e of coarse.

What ever happened to the ssr are they Limited production or what? anyone see one yet.

Oh yeah, those are some good ideas. I'd be all over an AWD 1/2 ton 80e'd Duramax. That Duramax seems to be able to take INSANE abuse. Did anyone see the upgraded injectors for it from Bullydog on Trucks this weekend? Supposedly good for 100hp and 200ft/lbs.

The 6.0L in a reg cab would be a nice option also.

Come on GM WAKE UP...WAKE UP...WAKE UP!!!!!!

It would be a tremendous amount of work and money but a reg cab and chassis- duramax, buy a quadrasteer bed, convert the suspension to 1/2 ton, even 4 link and air bags, rework the frame to drop weight. shopping spree at one of the vendors, roll pan, colar match evrything, custom rearend to fit 5 lug 15 rims to fill up the quadasteer fenders,
viola,
converting to a 4 link would save a ton of weight, those 3/4 1 ton leafs are like 125 lbs a piece.

hmmmm
