Gen 3 Engine into Gen 4 Truck?

I have an LQ4 out of an '02 denali in my garage and wanted to see if it would be a direct fit into a '10 truck that has a 5.3 currently. Also if the Gen4 computer can be used for the Gen3 engine and if it works fine with the 6l80

Will not be a direct fit.

Different crank trigger, different knock sensor locations, cam sensor location.

Could you make it work, yes but it will not be that simple.
