Are you throwing any codes at all? I would guess that a cylinder isnt sparking and causing all the cylinders on that bank to dump too much fuel. That can also easily make a cat go out.

if he oil filter too much, could screw up the mass air

get some carb cleaner to clean it

I was gettin 10mpg with my vmax, found out all my tires were at 30 psi instead of the 50 they were supposed to be at, gained 3mpg from that lol

btw- the mickey thompsons dont sag much at all lol
