Yeah Guys
How Hard Would It Be To Change My Returnless Fuel System To A Return Style System .. It's On A 2004 5.3l Silverado .has Anyone Tryed To Do This ? Any Help Will Be Appreceated

I have done this mod using aftermarket fuel rails and regulator. For one your fuel pump module has the regulator and fuel filter in the tank. You can bypass it inside the module. You would then need a AN bulkhead fitting like this one:


Drill a hole high in your tank and install.

You will need a return style fuel pressure regulator similar to this one:
