Default Fuel rail issue

I've got a 2001 GMC with a 5.3. I'm putting a 09 6.0 with L92 heads. My fuel rail has 2 lines and the 6.0 only has 1. What do I do about the other line? Some are telling me to use a Corvette fuel filter? Any help would be great!

I have heard the corvette filter works but I would preffer an adjustable fuel pressure regulator with a return port bolted to the fire wall.
